If you have purchased through divisoup.com, please click on the ‘Orders’ link at the top of your ‘My Account’ page. You will see a ‘Get Help’ button next to your order, click the button to send a support request. If you purchased a product via divi.academy or Elegant Marketplace, please complete the form.
Due to the high level of emails we receive our support response time frames are as follows:

We do not offer dedicated support for tutorials and free resources. Please post your question in the Divi Soupies Facebook Group.
