Before submitting a support request for a premium product please visit the knowledge base to check if your question has already been answered.
For support on purchased premium products
If you have purchased through divisoup.com, please click on the ‘Orders’ link at the top of your ‘My Account’ page. You will see a ‘Get Help’ button next to your order, click the button to send a support request. If you purchased a product via divi.academy or Elegant Marketplace, please complete the form.

Membership support
Members of The Club, please post your support questions in the members forum unless you have an issue logging in, in which case complete the form. Estimated response time = within 24 hours.

We do not offer dedicated support for tutorials and free resources. Please post your question in the Divi Soupies Facebook Group.
Always include a link to the site displaying the issue as it is very difficult for us to diagnose issues without it.
