Slim Optin Form Layout for the native Divi Optin Module
Download this layout from the Divi Soupies Facebook Group
Import into a new page (not the library), copy the CSS between the style tags in the fullwidth code module to your child theme stylesheet and then delete the code module section.
The CSS is commented for each form so you know which CSS you need and which you don’t.
